Course content: This course is only suitable for those who have had some previous training in coaching within the driver training industry, by means of a course or seminar, so that a basic level of understanding has been achieved. This could be a certificated course from any provider. The course is two days of in class and on road training, the course is limited to two delegates per trainer for the on road element. In class includes workshop elements. The inclass tutor will be Ian Green Dip DI. Ian has been involved in driver training for over 25 years and has an extensive portfolio of qualifications. He runs a coaching surgery as a practising life coach and NLP practioner, with an enviable portfolio of coaching hours. He holds a diploma in coaching and a diploma in neuro linguistic programming. On road tutors are yet to be confirmed but will all have a minimum qualification of coaching diplomas. Numbers are limited on this course.
