The start of compulsory cpd ..

.. is that inevitable, now the voluntary cpd register has been running for sometime, and results are available?

The committment to see major changes in how we train and are trained needs to be evidenced by 2013, the clock is ticking as 2011 fast approaches, a new governement and committment to change has started, they pressure is on to comply with everything we as a country said we would do. Do you think that there will be major changes in our industry, after it has ambled along for so many years, or are the propsed changes not necessary?

Looks like the word mandatory has been dropped from most of the reports, are we to expect another sham like the ORDIT register ?
